The war in Ukraine rages on. The Russians are surrounding the cities to starve everyone out. There's no food or water, electricity and natural gas. I thought there was an unwritten rule about killing civilians in this type of situation. You're supposed to bomb the business and government buildings, a few refineries here and there, and communications towers. It is quite obvious that Putin doesn't play fair. He's committing fratricide. Has this not become bad enough that NATO will step in and at least close down the air space? Something! ANYTHING! Send more weapons and sustenance for the people.
There are less than 400 reported civilian deaths in Ukraine, but there's just no way. 44 million people live there and 1 million got out. It's simply impossible.
The nuclear reactor they nearly obliterated is still being manned by the operators and technicians; working with guns to their heads. A little better aim and Europe would have been covered in radiation.

I'm fat. Darrin's fat. Our pets are fat. (BTW fat is not a bad word. People say, "Oh no you're not," and then I tell them they must be blind. Fat is just a descriptor of something or an object; it's not a bad word!
Darrin and I are starting intermittent fasting again today. 16:8 worked well last time; we're hoping for the same results. We only lasted 4 weeks the first time, but we lost a total of 33 lbs and lots of inches. It's amazing. Give it a shot if you want. We've found the best and easiest app for fasting is Fasting Tracker. Very straight forward and easy to use. For a food diary, we use My Fitness Pal. It takes about 15 minutes to put your information in and set it up, but it's an amazing tracker. If you're looking for more information or instructions on what to do, check out youtube pages: Dr. Jason Fung's and Weight Loss Motivation Everything you need to about how to fast, why does it work, what it does and what happens to your body. Very enlightening and very easy to follow.
The pets won't be on a diet, at least not Magnus. He is a freaking dog! He snarfs down his food so he can bombard Zinger and steal his food (we have to supervise breakfast time), then he runs to Ellie's dish and licks it clean, the he bugs us whenever we have food. He has a penchant for carbs and meats, but is not averse to peppers, melon, apples, donuts, sandwiches, steak, potatoes, and much much more. He's about 20 lbs now, but is still lean looking ... well, sort of. From the side he has a little pooch hanging, and from the top, he looks like a reversed hourglass. Same with Zinger. Mags is about 20 lbs now and Zingy is 15. Ellie is a wee bit smaller at 6 1/2 lbs, and she has a very nice figure, in keeping with her diet and exercise - hahahaha
Fat be gone, I say!!
