Lemon Cheesecake Fluff

I made the most incredible pie last night. Lemon pie filling with cream cheese and freshly whipped cream into a chocolate graham wafer crust popped into the freezer for a couple hours and voila .... lemon cheesecake fluff to die for! I think I'll make it into tarts for my turn of the 12 Days of Christmas at work; this is where two people get together each of 12 days to provide the snack for morning coffee. I know I certainly don't need it, but man everything is sure tasting good! Like Shelley's pickled garlic and Roberta's trifle ... too good! :-) Jennie and I are sharing, so she's bringing home baking as well.

I plan on taking pics of the b-ball games and of course more of the family. We're getting ready to do our family pictures - I'm quite excited about that! I just have to find some new material for a backdrop - something shiny and exciting this time rather than the blue cotton of last time. I'm sure it will look good. I won't be posting those ones until after Christmas, as they're going to be Christmas presents. Anyhoo, please feel free to share the address, so that whomever would like the pics can have access to them.

The damn internet just went down again - I have it when that happens while I'm typing. Sometimes I lose everything I have and other times I'm okay. One never knows though... Pardon me while I take a quick minute to copy this over to Word should the unspeakable happen.

What is new with you? Braunt's 15th started out with a card and present, had a bumpy middle with a trip to the hospital for 2 stitches in his lip, and ended with cake and friends so I think all was good.

My Aunt and her family just returned from a fantastic Christmas trip to Disney World, and they're going again with my other Aunt in January. I hear that the 50's are where it's at! :-)
While I look forward to this day, month and year, it’s nice to know there’s even more fun around the corner.

Kiershyn's 16th birthday is Tuesday but because she's working that evening we had her cake last night. Kier's friend Arlyn did the salutation on the cake. In case you can't read it, it says, "Arlyn smells pretty Kiershyn Stinks". Exactly what Kier wanted. Too funny!

I am going to attempt to post this and see if the net is behaving. I guess somebody hit a line somewhere and 25% of our area was without internet for the past couple hours. Lucky us to be part of it.
