Banned from sub on reddit

I posted my regular abortion post on the r/abortion sub reddit. It reads as follows:

Providing Abortion Support to Her/Him/Them with Uteruses in Edmonton and Area

Are you facing an abortion and have no support? Do you have questions but can't find the answers? Are you transgender, non-binary, Indigenous, far from the city, and have concerns about facing adversity, stigma and discrimination? Do you need a ride to the clinic and home afterwards? No one can accompany you into the clinic, but the medical staff will take good care of you. If you are outside the Edmonton area, we can arrange transportation, accommodations and emergency child care, if needed. There is no cost to you. If you need to talk, vent, or have questions, reach out. No one should be alone. You can reach me on here at r/AlbertaAbortionDoulas or by email at albertaabortiondoula@gmail.com You are not alone.

I thought this was a good post, providing information to those in Alberta who have questions about or a need for an abortion. After going back and forth with a moderator, they finally answered my question of getting information out there. (I was told I was being 'intentionally rude' by asking a question.)  Finally, they explained that if everyone in the world submitted a post like mine, the sub would eventually crash from too much information and fail miserably. THAT I can understand. The sub is world wide, so the chance of someone from Edmonton actually seeing my post is unlikely (aren't there algorithms that send you to sites closer to you - who knows) and no one else really cares.

I can understand all of that. What I don't understand is having a rude, disrespectful moderator taking 5 messages to explain the reason I was permanently banned from the sub? Permanently! In fairness to them, I had posted 3 days ago and got a warning not to do it again. Well, my indelible memory reared its head once again and I completely forgot I had posted in that sub. Hence, I brought this on myself. Ce la vie. I'm still allowed to read the sub but I cannot post nor comment any longer. Hmmm

That is the excitement of my evening. Got my blood boiling and me a little feisty ... it's good for a body. LOL

Time to go to bed.
