So long '06, Hello '07!

I've decided to change up the colours a bit. Make things more funky ... what do you think? Like it, hate it, can't decide? Let me know. What are you doing this evening? Anything specific to ringing in the New Year? We had supper with Dō and then Dary picked up Braunt , who was supposed to be at the farm this evening but there was a change in plans and he is now chillaxing with some friends in town. Drey's gone to Ardrossan to be with his friends at an acreage party (complete with adults, thankfully) and Kier is with her friend in town and they're hanging around the house. All in all a pretty quiet evening. After Dary's hockey game is finished, then I think we're tackling some of the Sopranos. We're only in the middle of Season 3 and Dary just received Season 6 for Christmas. We've got a lot of watching to do! Other than that, it will eat, drink and be merry, for tomorrow we haul the elliptical upstairs and confess all our fatness to the

Changed Anything?

Good day! How are things with you this fine day? In preparing to write my pre and post New Year entries, I re-read some of the posts from this time last year. Some things old, some new, some changes but lots of the same. Let's compare: 1) Spend More Time with Family & Friends Like last year, there were friends we didn't get to see. We kept in touch with some phone calls, emails and blog followings, so that is always good. This year my views of family have changed yet again and I find that I wanted to spend a lot more time with our relatives. It has been very nice seeing the kids growing and changing and spending quality time with our nieces and nephews. I didn't see anyone from my mom's family but did see a few from my dad's, so we'll have to see about that this year. It's so nice that our family is back together; I think sometimes a break is the only way to fix things - actually, to see if things are able to be fixed. I certainly don't want t

Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire

Click on the title to hear the song, and have access to a bunch more! How is your day going? Ours is going very well. Our morning was full of fun and ripping open presents and comparing and quality time with each other. Dadums made a great breakfast and now we're waiting for turkey to be finished so that we can haul it over to Karen and Randy's to feast with them, Mom, Dad, Opa and Oma . Auntie Bonnie was supposed to come out but her niece has asked to spend time with her and so they are settling in at AB's house to enjoy the evening with Kaylssa and her dog-friend (whose name has escaped me). I'm also uploading all the photos from last night at Sean and Kim's. It was a great night with lots of hugs and love and laughter and food and fellowship. From my Santa (Rob) I got a pair of slippers, a bracelet and a necklace. The slippers are incredibly comfy and the jewelry will look great to wear to work. Dary got a very nice Oilers fleece pullover from his

Twas the night before Christmas ...

Have been busy the past few days and haven't had a chance to write. Figured I had best do it now or it won't get done until who knows when. For those of you interested in the pictures that led to Ms. Nevada being stripped of her title. I don't think she should have lost her title however I don't think she should have went for the title in the first place. While she is a beautiful young woman, one would have to question her intelligence in posing for the pictures knowing the incredibly public goal she had in mind. Oh, but she's a beauty queen, so that like explains everything, like right? Well, a girl's gotta have fun. We have been running around getting last minute holiday things finished up and that included picking up the Sting jackets. Wow! They look so nice. Thank you to Mr. Tang at Alberta Sportswear for how they look. What do you do during the holiday season? Do you celebrate Christ mas or Santa-mas or Eat Drink Be Merry-mas or nothing-mas? All

A couple more things

Okay, so I'm still sitting on the computer, reading Kevin's blog and seeing if Tang's written anything new. Came across these incredible toys . Wow! I could definitely see myself buying one of those for a grandchild. :-) Yes, I'm going to be a loopy Nana! In reading Kev's blog, I find myself having to share this one lady's comment from Boss Tip #1 -Get Out From Behind Your Desk . Pat Fowler said... I remember many years ago, taking a course in university--Management 401 or some such name. Anyway one of the "tricks" they taught the class was to put three loonies in the left pocket each morning, then each time you complimented an employee on a job well done etc. you were to move one loonie to the right pocket. By the end of the day you were to have all three loonies in the right pocket. I now (after many years and much life experience) wonder why we need a "loonie" to remind us to let a person know they have done a great job. As adults we

Happy Birthday Kiershyn

Dec.12 th - Happy Sweet 16 Kiershyn ! Tonight Dadums has taken her and 2 friends to WEM to get new piercings. We do not have problems with our children getting things pierced, however that is not the opinion of many others. That's okay - differences are a good thing. Kier has had her nose, Monroe, ears, lip and tongue done ... now she's headed just a slight bit south. Not too far just to the chest region. She originally wanted her sternum done but I believe she is going with the um ... er... cough cough ... nipple. There, it's out. Everyone knows. Well, at least anyone who reads my blog knows. So, now that all 4 of us know ... lol ? Oh, my attempts at humour. Most likely it falls on deaf ears or perhaps those who silently stalk their way through my and other blogs? So, here's my rant of the day: Why can't a certain newspaper run a spell checker before printing their paper? (Note the spelling of their .) For the love of whatever you consider to be true to your

Dadum's Baby

Well, we've decided to put Dadum's baby up for sale. It's been fun to have it and we'll gladly keep it, but we've got a couple of other ideas and need to free up some funds to make them a reality. So, if you're looking to buy a very nice car, check out kijiji for our ad . We'll get a little puddle jumper for me to use for work; something that can handle the 4.5 minute drive four times a day. I know, I know - we need something super reliable that won't let us down and won't nickle and dime us to death. :-) Yes, I'm being a tad facetious. I'm sure we won't have trouble finding something when the time is right. Dadum's brother and his wife just bought a beautiful home and will be taking possession in April I believe. We continue to search at houses, as we always do, however we have work to do to our house in order to make it more sell-able and that will take time. Although I've found a couple of houses I really like, they va

Lemon Cheesecake Fluff

I made the most incredible pie last night. Lemon pie filling with cream cheese and freshly whipped cream into a chocolate graham wafer crust popped into the freezer for a couple hours and voila .... lemon cheesecake fluff to die for! I think I'll make it into tarts for my turn of the 12 Days of Christmas at work; this is where two people get together each of 12 days to provide the snack for morning coffee. I know I certainly don't need it, but man everything is sure tasting good! Like Shelley's pickled garlic and Roberta's trifle ... too good! :-) Jennie and I are sharing, so she's bringing home baking as well. I've uploaded some more photos onto photobucket so if you want to have look just search tuliptwy 68 and that will show you all the albums I am attempting to organize. I plan on taking pics of the b-ball games and of course more of the family. We're getting ready to do our family pictures - I'm quite excited about that! I just have to find some

You are ... Outstanding?

You know, sometimes you just have to wonder. You give 150%, be a team player, try your damnedest to keep things running, even while they flounder. You do all this without becoming one of the brown nosers of the bunch, without giving good head and learning to swallow, you do this while being honest with everyone, with a smile and an attitude that fosters happiness and good working conditions rather than helping to feed the waiting negative office beast. The one that lurks around each corner, waiting to hear someone complain about something, it then drags another victim in ... okay, maybe I'm going a little too far here (not enough sleep, I'm thinking) ... My evaluation ended with me receiving an outstanding rating. Of course, outstanding ratings always have to go to a couple of people above for approval, but when it comes from a director's recommendation, one would assume she speaks for her group and they are good for their word. Well, the email and phone calls come thro

Household Insanity

Having a house with 5 people and 5 critters and numerous fish - it makes for an incredible amount of noise among other things. Right now Drey and Braunt are serenading their sister in an attempt to tick her off. They've successfully ticked Dadums off a few times (oh, now Braunt's onto the What Child is This humfest ) ... and I can understand now why Grampa was the way he was when I joined the family - a quiet man sitting in the corner, shouting SHUT UP every so often. He had listened to so much bickering and nattering and jousting amongst the kids that it had driven him batty! Our Dadums seems to be at that point as well, so it just goes to prove that 17 years of raising kids can send one around the bend. My apologies to those of you waiting for the football banquet pictures. I have to get them sized down so that I can post them all online, and I haven't made that a priority this week. I am going to try to get them all finished today and posted, with the email

A few more pics and stuff

Well, this whole O.J. interview/book thing is just fucking freaky. That man needs help. Now I'm wondering how much the copies of the irretrievable pre-sales books will cost on eBay ? Or will they be seized by the publisher based on some law? Hmm... How was your day? Mine was very good again. It's nice to have such relaxing days; I realize I don't have to run like crazy to get things done just to wake up to the same insanity tomorrow morning. There are more "normal" paces of jobs and they are great. I had a co-worker over for lunch today; we had at least 40 minutes at the house where we snacked on our lunch and chatted about family things. Very, very, nice. Okay, here are some more pictures. I'm not sure how many I can get on one post but we'll soon find out (I think it's 5). I'll be doing more posts, so you're bound to have seen most of the pics before you read this part. :-) Toodles!

Pics Pics and More Pics

Once again I'm late on submitting. This was written last night, but when I started having trouble with sizing the pictures then I got off track on that and never got back to this. It's Nov.20 th today. Enjoy... Last night was the infamous football banquet. I got an early xmas present - a Nikon Coolpix S10 VR . It's quite the little toy. I was still figuring out how to use it, so lots of my pictures have those annoying little white spots ( if anyone can zip those out and send the pics back to me, that would be great ). I'm also having trouble getting the pictures down to a reasonable size. They start out at 1MB and when I crop and cut them, they're 2MB!? What's up with that? Anyway, I'm posting pics of kids first, then pets, then whatever comes next - probably football. Dre, Kiershyn and Braunt looked particularly good (if you ask me) - although Dre did look like he was attending a funeral during his pic with Braunt . Too funny! Have a look and let me

Thursdays Tantrum

Do you ever just not understand at all where your spouse is coming from? I think it mostly happens when one or both of you are tired, but regardless how it happens it is so frustrating! Here's my question: Would you get po'd at your spouse because he/she doesn't like some sort of food or drink, especially if you really liked it? Work was good today: learning more and getting things straight in my head. Kids are all home and things are kind of back to normal, whatever that may be. I'm going to eat supper. May write more later, we'll see. Toodles!

Other Twyla's

Here are a few other Twyla's... Editor's note: Upon trying to update the links for the funny Twyla's, I successfully deleted them. I won't be taking the time to do them again (thank goodness, you're saying), however I will redo Twyla the Wonderdog as it is a personal favourite. Toodles!

Kevin's Blog!

Okay, maybe I'm a little wonky (like you didn't know that) - but if you know me at all then you know I really enjoy Kevin Burns . He calls himself an instigational speaker and I'm pretty sure I should be working for/with him, as the female counterpart. :-) Anyway, I just got notice today that Kev's blog is up and running, so I just have to include it here. There's also a link in the blog section. How was your day? Mine was pretty darn good, minus the lack of traction the gold (actually brass) beamer has. :-0 The first day on the job went well. I seem to have no trouble fitting in, I'm already onto the phones and doing 'real' work, and beginning to harass those who seem the most in need of it. My 'inner voice' let loose a bite me to one of the fellas, so the fun has begun. (He assured me he is a practical joker, so we'll see what he retorts with.) Anyhoo, it was great to leave the house at 7:55, come home for lunch for an hour an

If you woke up this morning, there is something for you to do. Figure it out or just make it through. If tomorrow comes, begin again. If it doesn't, it won't matter. Twyla

Deer Dilemmas

It's great to hear that the little deer who got his head stuck in a fake pumpkin has managed to get it off . See where curiosity can get you? I actually got this picture from an article titled A Man's Guide to Unwanted Pregnancies . Have a read and keep yourself safe. Thinking of having sex without a condom then have a look at this . I read about these things when I do my morning news update: it includes a little time spent on the net reading the Sun and the AP . While I'm getting the hair and makeup done, I listen to CHED . In the evening I will spend a bit more time online reading others' blogs and following various links. I then consider myself informed for the day. I also enjoy listening to music. I flip between a variety of radio stations 88.5 , 90.1 , 90.9 , 91.7 , 92.5 , 97.3 , 100.3 and 102.9 and CDs on the way to work, and listen to Pandora or YouTube when I'm on the puter . When I think I can sing, I like to attempt From this Moment , Tonight and th

Bugging You

Click on 'Bugging You' for a cute little ditty. Ended up not being able to write last night as Dadums was trying to sleep and the clicking of the keys was driving him insane. Happy Belated Birthday Dō ! The big 56 - w oohoo! We hope you had a great day and are looking forward to seeing you so we can celebrate together. I hope everything is getting figured out and that you will soon have your house and life back to normal. Give us a call soon! x oxo So, my last day at work was yesterday. That was a hard thing to go through. There have been so many people saying goodbye in the past week, letting me know how much I have helped them and will be missed. "The Girls" put together the best cake and tea, and my gifts ... I received so many beautiful and funky and fun and practical and impractical things - it was overwhelming! Many people came and I hope I didn't miss chatting with anyone. It was so nice to see everyone; there were a couple missing and one I was shocked t
What to discuss today? What's new and exciting? I'm watching our little Sasha pug completely passed out on the bed; Lucifer is tucked behind the pillows. Daigums is snoring on the couch. Braunt and I ran around town doing some shopping. We were discussing driving in the winter and standards versus automatics and many other things, as both he and I took turns driving. His friend DG just got his license, but hasn't had much experience driving and so we were talking about how important it is for kids' to get experience driving with an adult before they get their license. I'm not sure if everyone knows this, but new drivers need 50 hours behind the wheel in order to be fully prepared for the road by themselves. That's 1 hour of driving time per week. With the price of gas and restrictions on everyone's time, that can be difficult. But give it a try. We also talked about the young man being charged because of the death of Levi and Melissa. Actually, we've bee

Too Much Stuff!

We have way too much stuff. In our bedrooms, kitchen, drawers, cupboards, closets, shelves, cabinets, basement, laundry, storage ... TOO MUCH STUFF! So, we need to scale down some of this stuff and what better way to do that than to sell it. Right? Well, I always have these great aspirations of things when they're in my mind and even during the planning stages. However, when it actually comes down the event itself or whatever it is ... well, things don't' always go quite as planned. Like when we were going to have a garage sale (to deal with "stuff" we had back then) and we had it the first weekend of April and it snowed!! We made a lot of cash and got rid of bunches, but it was crazy! I'm thinking of trying Kijiji and Buysell so we'll see how that goes. I'm changing jobs in a week. I won't be commuting any longer, will be getting relatively the same money and will have a lot less headaches and stress. I am really going to miss the folks I wor
Today was an interesting day with lots of learning: I'm too qualified for a job (haven't heard from another); shit continues to roll down hill; there are amazing people all over the world, many of whom I have the privilege of knowing; some leopards never change their spots and most don't stray far from the leap/prowl. Otherwise, my day was good. The drive in this morning was good, perhaps because I leave earlier than most and avoid a good portion of the rush hour. Work is busy as usual, and everyone is gearing up for Halloween tomorrow. The boys had one more practice tonight and then their big game tomorrow, while KVS is at work. I finished the witch costume, which ended up looking like a wizards dress, but hey - can't be perfect at everything. I've got my shawl and wig and hat and will do my face up; I'm sure all will be well. Well, my bed is calling me early tonight so I'll be signing off. Toodles!

She swallowed the spider to catch the fly ...

Changed a couple things on my profile, one of which was the spider comment. How are things in your world? Things here are forever changing yet somehow staying the same. Some new things are: Happy b-day to Uncle S on his 28th. We drove up there last night through wicked conditions, but it was nice to see everyone. Uncle R and Auntie K were there with their 3 munchkins. The other R&K combination were there sans children. Grampa and Grandma were there for a bit, but then Grandma wasn't feeling well so they left. Uncle R brought B with him and one of Uncle S' co-workers was there too. Auntie K did a great job of everything and a good time was had by all. Football is finished for the year, except for the team's game, and after the banquet we will have a little bit of spare time to just be. Halloween is on Tuesday. I'm dressing up as a witch to see all the kidlets' as we hand out candy at my work . Our two December b-days come up quickly after that, followed by Chr

Winter Upon Us

Where has the time gone? I know - is that all she ever says? is likely what you're thinking. I am just stunned at how things go faster and faster and faster with each day. I remember my Nana telling me not to wish my babies away. I thought it couldn't come quickly enough that we would be out of diapers and bottles. Turn around and our first baby is graduating this year. Absolutely amazing. What is new with us? The boys are having fun at football and KVS is a good team assistant. This is DBR's last year and so he's playing with a broken toe just because it is his last kick at the can. He is doing so incredibly well and has matured into a wonderful player. Overall person is a better way to put it. We're so very proud. BDR has a couple of injuries but seems to be mended for now - I'm sure the end of the season will bring out more pains in both of them. Recent happenings? Shared Thanksgiving with Dadums family - what a full house when we're all tog

Mom, Friends, Stuff

Written September 22nd... Posted October 14 Whiz.... weee...... zip........... zam ........... zooooooommmmmmmmmmmm....... time passing. 57 years. Had my mom not died, we would have celebrated her 57th birthday on September 13th. 57!!! What the hell would she have looked like? I don't think she would have resembled my nana because she didn't look like her before and grampa sort of always looked old to me but still not like mom. I really miss her a lot; there's so much happening that I would love to have her around to be part of. My babies are almost grown and are at the most incredible stage of life; I'm really enjoying it.

Surfacing

On vacation. That sounds so very nice. I'm going to enjoy time with family, friends, pets, my book and bathtub, maybe a little ice wine ... It seems like I have waited years for this break. Things are slowly starting settle at work; the kids are involved with friends and in sports and getting set to go back to school; I've traded some commitments to provide more time and less hassle; things are more calm than I can ever remember. This is great. butt life certainly can't be sunshine and roses all the time. Without pain there is no relief, without tears there is no joy, etc. There are highs and lows in everything. Hopefully you have some means of balancing everything and getting through, whatever that may be. Sometimes alone, sometimes with others. I think my lowest times have been during some sort of loss. My highest times always involve my loved ones. One of the best things in the world is sitting beside someone and knowing that s/he is there because. Just because. You don&

End of July

Okay, so I am horrible at starting a posting and then getting pulled away from the computer. This was written July 31st but is being posted August 22nd. Doodle! ******************** Once again the time is passing more quickly than I can fathom. My life has become increasingly busier, however I find myself with more time for my family and friends. Perhaps a changing of priorities? A settling of non-family business? Most likely a combination. Speaking with a young co-worker about setting up a blog for her upcoming travels the Europe (watch for the link), started me thinking about why some of us blog. Some to keep family and friends apprised of life happenings, others to journal, others to vent, so many variety of reasons. I like the fact that my blog is my own, but that others can leave comments as well. We picked up H yesterday and headed to Van's. It's sad that Jake is retiring and no one has been interested in taking over his business, however times do change. I bought a lot

Endings and Beginnings

Change comes to us by choice or chance, but rest assured it is going to happen. Whether you believe it happened because you didn't say your prayers or because you should have taken the bus or because shit happens, change is inevitable. This change is not my choice, and while my emotions have run the gamut, in the end I am mostly happy. In spending time with O, I have learned so much about myself, and a couple things about him. I hope I challenged him with my endless questions but I'm sure my immaturity stood out much more. Even with some rash and childish behaviour on my part, I have always felt treated as an equal person. O has has taught, guided and led me to realizations about so many things, including many early life lessons. He has definitely played a part in shaping who I am, where I am, what I do and how I choose to live my life. He is one of very few people who has most impacted my life. I wish I had been more forthcoming and could go back; don't we all? If I had as

Few and Far Between

This was written on June 11th but is being posted July 24th. Forgot to mention Happy B-day to the momums-in-law ... hope your day was happy. Wheels around and around, seeming to go no where sometimes. Wondering what is going on with others in this world. How they are all doing. What are things like right now in Dakur? Atrocious and with no one stopping it. What about Munich for the World Cup? Edmonton for Game 4? Hawaii? Learning new things is easy, applying them and getting them to become habit is the difficult part.

Old News

It is the May long weekend, two of my three kids are away from home, Dadums is working nights and we only see him when he pops over before leaving for work at 5PM, the pets are fine, I am fine, all is fine... if I say it enough times, maybe ... The days continue to pass quickly and it is difficult to keep up.

Taking Care of Yourself

Life is busy. Home, family, friends, work ... they all take time, right? How do you balance your time? I often feel like I'm struggling with this - sometimes I'm a step ahead and other times a step behind. Right now at work I feel like I'm drowning, but I'm not the only one and in some ways that helps. I try to keep my spirits up as much as possible, so as not to be dragged down into the spiral of negativity that can happen when everyone has too much to do and not enough time. In my search for words of wisdom, I came across the lululemon site and their manifesto has some good advice. My favourites include: Your outlook on life is a direct reflection of how much you like yourself. Life is full of setbacks. Success is determined by how you handle setbacks. You ALWAYS have choice and the conscious brain can only hold one thought at a time. Choose a positive thought. Wake up and realize you are surrounded by amazing friends. Listen, listen, listen, and then ask strategi

Back and Forth and All Around

Today has been a good day. Spent time with the kidlets, then with BDJ driving again, then a while searching for the keys that he lost and then ran out for some supper and now just chillaxin' and enjoying the afternoon. Could take little Lucy for a walk - or could sit and relax. I'm more into the relaxing today. How have you spent your time? Do you have pets? Any crafts or hobbies? Housecleaning or cooking? Just a second ... littlest fat dog is eating something - one of the little pellets the boys have been shooting at each other of late. Active living and healthy eating? Thinking about running and looking at info about taking it up. I need something to reduce stress and that would most certainly help. O is always saying exercise will help and I can't imagine something more exercise-ey (is there such a term) as that. We'll see if I get started and then if I follow through. It's taken me a bit to write this - with surfing the net and snooping around. Have a great ni

To Infinity ... And Beyond!

Congratulations to BDJ on obtaining his learner's permit! He's been driving a lot and rubbing his older brother's and sister's noses in it. He isn't too bad - frightens me a little with a couple things but for the most part he's doing a bang up ... er, smashing ... um, fantastic job! He had a little more trouble in the Beemer than in my Lucy II (yes, I named my car), but that's the way things go with a stick. He will get better with practice and will benefit from a driving course. I think KVS may be next, but I'm sure DBR won't be far behind. :-) You'll be some of the first to know. Editorial side vent - this is my opinion. In no way do I mean anything as a threat. While my anger may be expressed through words, my actions speak loudest as I calmly watch the world go round.: How does one not know what one's spouse is doing? Of course we are all individuals and there is potential to do anything when no one is around, but if your spouse had no

Suck It Up, Buttercup!!

To quote my dear friend B, "Suck it up girlfriend!" I prefer to use Buttercup, but it all means the same thing. Shit or get off the pot. Figure it out and move on, up or around. Do something. Anything! Just quit bitching about it! Everyone is tired of hearing it. Albert Einstein said, "Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." Why do some of us continue that way? Why do we do things in the same way and the same order and with the same intent, but expect things to come out differently? What's been taking your time of late? DBR and BDJ are in football again, together this year! Their first game is on Friday night. Dadums is coaching, so that is cool too! They will be wearing their new Cutters - very exciting!! KVS got her hair done today and it looks awesome. Kind of a bob with dark underneath and light on top. I'm sure she'll have some pictures done soon - she takes many! Critters are all well. A little friend f

Kleenex stock goes up!

Still at home, still got a medicine head (along with approximately 20 lbs of snot), checking work at home (yeah - pretty dumb), and snoozing on and off. Sorry to hear our friends down south have been sick. Happy belated K! (You can forget mine in August - lol.) Hope your test goes well tomorrow C. Know you're in our thoughts often. Hope you're well. Love, hugs and kisses. Back to bed...

Ah ... Ah ... Ah Choo!!!!!!!

Do you ever google something (or whatever search engine you use) just to see what weird stuff will show up? It sure passes a feverish day! Canada cold flu led me to 'More Mad Cow' which I can kind of relate to. Kleenex is calling....

Britney Balding?

OMG! Britney's balding! Now don't get me wrong. There was a time, way, way, way long ago when the happenings of popstars would perhaps raise my eyebrow ... however I can't ever remember it being something as stupid as a young lady balding! More like the white gloved wonder catching his hair on fire during the Pepsi commercial filming ... or the gossip of did he actually 'do it' with the girl on the Thriller video? Can the media come up with nothing better to write about than balding !?! She's still a little chubby from having her baby but she obviously isn't reacting to that anymore so they have to try something new. Oh man, if that is being famous, I sure don't want it! The flu would seem to have left our house and migrated to the other parent's place. Poor Dadums who had to work while spewing goo in the loo! Sad when a large company doesn't have enough employees in certain areas to cover illnesses, overtime and vacation. Happy 4th birthda

Everything out!

Well, I thought had a touch of the flu on Monday or Tuesday, but now there is no doubt. I woke up and just made it, an urgency that hasn't hit for years. Lucy was standing beside me as I crouched over the loo to let loose the goo - trying to figure out what was going on. As I started to think thankfully it's done and started to blow my nose, nausea rose up and moved through my body flipping me around to empty the lower half and grab a pail for the upper half that decided it wasn't finished. This was at 8:12 AM. Up to the point of writing this, I have alternated between the biffy and my bed, and have slept on and off for the past 8 hours. My back aches, my head aches, my insides ache, my arse in on fire and there seems to be something stuck in my nose that just doesn't want to dislodge itself. I'm afraid to blow too hard and lose what little brain I have left, not to mention I think anything louder than the clicking of these keys will send me into orbit. Thank you s
